The new AVR system is available 24 hours per day, seven days per week, aside from scheduled maintenance periods. Callers must identify themselves using an active provider number and Personal Identification Number (PIN). Your PIN is assigned as part of the Provider Enrollment process and can be maintained via the AVR.
