DPA Recipient Virtual Contact Center Now Live


Questions about a benefit application, your eligibility, or Alaska Medicaid eligibility cards?

Alaska Medicaid members may now contact the Division of Public Assistance (DPA) Virtual Contact Center at 800.478.7778 for real-time assistance. Members may remain on the line for a live customer service agent or choose to receive a call back in the order the call was received.



Contact SAMHSA for Immediate Prescription Access Issues

Recipients may be unable to fill or refill certain prescriptions if the prescribing provider voluntarily/involuntarily surrenders their license. This impacts all controlled substance prescriptions and refills and some other prescriptions, depending on the medication.
 

If you believe you are impacted by a provider licensure issue, contact the SAMHSA Helpline at 800.662.HELP (4357) to identify immediate resources available in your area. You are also encouraged to reach out to your prescribing provider to verify your prescription status.
